Refund Policy

✧ Overview

All services provided by Elle Knight are custom and tailored to each client. Due to the time, planning, and creative effort involved, all payments are subject to the terms outlined below.

✧ Payment Structure

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin all website and brand design projects. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery or website launch.

✧ Design Project Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:

The initial 50% deposit will be retained
Any work completed up to that point will remain the property of Elle Knight unless otherwise agreed

This deposit covers time spent on research, planning, design, and communication.

✧ Completed Projects

Once a website is launched or brand design files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

All projects require time, creative effort, and resources to complete. By the time of delivery, the agreed-upon service has been fulfilled.

✧ Website Management Services

All website management services are non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel your management plan:

Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period
You are responsible for transitioning your website to another hosting or management provider

I will assist with transferring your website if needed to ensure a smooth transition.

✧ Ownership & Transfer

Once your website has been fully paid for, it is yours.

If you decide to discontinue management services, your website can be transferred to another hosting provider. Assistance with this process is available upon request.

✧ Additional Work & Requests

Any work requested outside of the original project scope, including additional pages, features, or updates, will be subject to additional fees and is non-refundable once completed.

✧ Chargebacks & Disputes

By entering into a service agreement, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the matter directly.
