Elle Knight provides custom services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Brand design (logos, visual identity, and related assets)
  • Website management and maintenance
  • SEO and performance optimization

All services are customized to each client and outlined in a separate agreement or proposal prior to project start.

✧ Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all design projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final delivery or website launch.

Failure to complete final payment may result in delays or withholding of final deliverables.

✧ Project Scope

Each project is based on an agreed-upon scope outlined prior to the start of work.

Any additional requests outside of the original scope, including but not limited to:

  • additional pages
  • new features
  • extended revisions

may result in additional fees.

✧ Revisions

A set number of revisions may be included depending on the selected package. Additional revisions beyond what is included may be subject to additional charges.

✧ Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and providing feedback within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensuring all provided materials are owned or properly licensed

Delays in communication or content delivery may impact project timelines.

✧ Timeline

Project timelines are estimated and may vary depending on:

  • project complexity
  • responsiveness of the client
  • scope changes

Elle Knight is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete materials.

✧ Ownership & Intellectual Property

Once full payment has been received:

  • The client owns the final website and/or brand assets
  • Elle Knight retains the right to showcase completed work in a portfolio or for marketing purposes

Any preliminary designs or unused concepts remain the property of Elle Knight.

✧ Website Management

Website management services are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable.

Clients may cancel at any time, but services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Clients are responsible for transferring their website if discontinuing management services. Assistance may be provided upon request.

✧ Third-Party Services

Websites may rely on third-party tools, plugins, or platforms (such as hosting providers, themes, or integrations).

Elle Knight is not responsible for:

  • outages
  • pricing changes
  • functionality issues
  • caused by third-party services.

✧ Disclaimer of Guarantees

While all websites are built with performance, SEO, and best practices in mind, no guarantees are made regarding:

  • search engine rankings
  • website traffic
  • business results

Results depend on various factors outside of control.

✧ Limitation of Liability

Elle Knight shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • loss of data
  • loss of income
  • business interruptions

✧ Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service at any time.

  • If terminated by the client, the deposit remains non-refundable
  • If terminated by Elle Knight, a full refund will be issued

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
